Hardy was Amazing per usual, Live Nation VIP meh....
My husband and I have done many VIP experiences through Live Nation. This Hardy Hang VIP experience was good up until they took down the ropes between general admission and the VIP ticket holders. They very easily could have left the ropes up. There was more than enough room to do so. It would have enhanced the VIP experience, and made it an actual VIP experience. But instead, my husband and I ended up watching Hardy from the entrance because we had been there since 5:00 and had to use the bathroom and get drinks. So we left the front, and it was a fight getting from the front to the back which was expected. But if our spot would have still been reserved we would have been able to get back to the front where we were to enjoy the rest of the show. Since we had already seen Hardy five times before this, and the tickets were only $150 a piece we almost went back to our hotel and skipped the show entirely. Terrible way to run/advertise a VIP. Quit doing this! We did a VIP for Jason Aldean that was similar to this, and it was so annoying for that show too. What's the point of VIP if it isn't for the whole show? I've spent close to $10,000 on VIP tickets this year alone, I think I'm going to stop...
I love Hardy but not this venue
I paid 500$ for 2 tickets to see Hardy.
I bought the tickets months in advance and was sooo excited!
We bought tickets for seats 49 and 50 in the balcony 1 section.
When we got to the show, there were NO assigned seats and NO SEATS available for 2 people next to eachother!
We had to stand the entire time, waited in line for an hour for one drink, and could not see the show at all from the balcony 1 section.
I’m extremely upset and disappointed. The amount of money we spent to not even be able to enjoy the show.. I will unever return to Hammerstein. This is a hard one to get over.
